<p data-start="1290" data-end="1308"><strong data-start="1290" data-end="1306">Daily Duties</strong></p>
<ul>
<li data-start="1311" data-end="1421">Lead and contribute to architectural projects across residential, commercial, industrial, and office sectors</li>
<li data-start="1424" data-end="1507">Develop and coordinate design and technical proposals across multiple RIBA stages</li>
<li data-start="1510" data-end="1590">Produce and manage high-quality drawing and documentation packages using Revit</li>
<li data-start="1593" data-end="1662">Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal design teams</li>
<li data-start="1665" data-end="1742">Attend and contribute to client meetings, presentations, and design reviews</li>
<li data-start="1745" data-end="1836">Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme, quality, and technical requirements</li>
<li data-start="1839" data-end="1919">Support junior team members and collaborate closely with the wider design team</li>
<li data-start="1922" data-end="2024">Maintain high design and technical standards while balancing programme and commercial considerations</li>
</ul>
<p data-start="2026" data-end="2047"><strong data-start="2026" data-end="2045">Ideal Candidate</strong></p>
<ul>
<li data-start="2050" data-end="2156">Qualified Architect or Architectural Technologist with several years of relevant professional experience</li>
<li data-start="2159" data-end="2236">Strong proficiency in Revit and experience working within a BIM environment</li>
<li data-start="2239" data-end="2340">Proven experience delivering projects within residential, commercial, industrial, or office sectors</li>
<li data-start="2343" data-end="2462">Strong technical knowledge with a good understanding of UK planning, building regulations, and construction processes</li>
<li data-start="2465" data-end="2518">Experience working across multiple RIBA work stages</li>
<li data-start="2521" data-end="2626">Excellent communication and coordination skills when working with clients, consultants, and contractors</li>
<li data-start="2629" data-end="2703">Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively</li>
<li data-start="2706" data-end="2777">A collaborative team player with a positive and professional attitude</li>
