Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Pre Construction Manager within the construction industry. Strong understanding of construction methodologies, procurement processes, and commercial management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to lead a team and manage multiple pre-construction projects simultaneously. Relevant construction qualifications and membership of professional bodies preferred.
