Valuer / Manager – Estate Agency Leamington Spa £30,000 – £35,000 basic + commission An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Valuer / Manager to join a well-established and highly regarded estate agency in the heart of Leamington Spa. Our client is looking for a driven, personable, and results-focused individual who can play a key role in growing market share and leading from the front. The Role As a Valuer / Manager, you will be responsible for: Conducting property valuations and winning new instructions Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers Driving business growth and increasing market share Supporting and motivating the team to achieve targets Overseeing the sales process from instruction through to completion Delivering exceptional customer service at all times The Ideal Candidate Proven experience in estate agency, ideally in a valuation role Strong track record of winning instructions and generating business Confident, professional, and target-driven Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to lead by example and support a team Local knowledge of Leamington Spa or surrounding areas (desirable) What’s on Offer Competitive basic salary of £30,000 – £35,000 Uncapped commission structure Opportunity to join a reputable and growing agency Career progression and development opportunities Supportive and professional working environment
