€110,000 - €120,000 + Accommodation + Rotation + Travel + €1,300 Net Living Allowance Per Month
 

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Lead to join a major hyperscale data centre project in Sweden.
 

Reporting directly to the Project Director, the successful candidate will take full responsibility for the safe, commercial, and operational delivery of a large-scale mission-critical project from construction through to client handover.
 

This is a senior leadership position suited to candidates with extensive experience delivering complex construction projects within the data centre, pharmaceutical, industrial, semiconductor, or mission-critical sectors.
 

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for project delivery, programme, budget, quality, and safety
• Lead multidisciplinary construction, engineering, commercial, and project teams
• Manage project costs, forecasting, and financial performance
• Oversee subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and client stakeholders
• Monitor project schedules and critical milestones to ensure successful delivery
• Lead client meetings, progress reviews, and executive reporting
• Review construction methodologies, procurement strategies, and commercial packages
• Manage long-lead equipment procurement and delivery schedules
• Support engineering and design teams throughout project execution
• Review and approve payment applications, variations, and commercial reporting
• Drive project performance through strong leadership and stakeholder engagement
• Manage commissioning, handover, close-out documentation, and client acceptance

Requirements

• 10+ years' experience in Project Management or Project Leadership roles
• Proven track record delivering large-scale construction projects
• Strong commercial, contractual, and financial management experience
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors
• Excellent stakeholder and client management skills
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, procurement, and project controls
• Data centre, mission-critical, pharmaceutical, industrial, semiconductor, or major infrastructure experience preferred
• Degree qualified in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
