Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the team with a varied commercial property workload
- Assisting with site visits and property-related assessments
- Preparing professional documentation and reports
- Liaising with clients and maintaining strong working relationships
- Providing day-to-day support to the wider surveying team
- Ensuring work is completed efficiently and to a high standard
The Successful Candidate Will Have
- Previous experience within a similar role or industry placement
- A degree in a relevant property or surveying discipline
- Working towards or keen to work towards MRICS qualification
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- The ability to use initiative and work independently
- A positive and proactive attitude with strong attention to detail
- The ability to work well as part of a team
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
