As an Order Selector, Courtney Stockum recognizes the importance of her role at the distribution center, helping to fill totes with products that stores rely on to replenish their inventory. At CVS Health, our teams offer all colleagues opportunities to grow their career, and Courtney values the encouragement and training she receives from managers to learn multiple areas of the warehouse.

Courtney values the flexibility that comes with the role, especially the ability to adjust shifts when needed. “It’s definitely created a work-life balance for me because there are different shifts. If I need to adjust my schedule, I can just move to another shift. I can do all my appointments, come to work, and everything just flows.” This flexibility allows Courtney to stay productive at work, while stilling getting the support needed to manage personal needs with ease and confidence.
