Warszawa-based opportunity with hybrid work model (4 remote days per week). As a Senior UX/UI Designer – Digital Banking Products, you will be working for our client, a leading innovator in digital banking delivering modern online financial solutions used by a wide and diverse user base. Your work will focus on designing intuitive, secure, and scalable user experiences for web and mobile platforms within a mature product ecosystem, driving impactful product enhancements and user satisfaction. Your main responsibilities: Design user-centered interfaces for web and mobile banking products Translate business and user requirements into intuitive user flows and wireframes Create high-fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into designs Maintain and evolve design systems and UI guidelines Ensure consistency, usability, and accessibility across products You're ideal for this role if you have: 4+ years of experience as a mid-level or senior UX/UI Designer A strong portfolio demonstrating comprehensive design projects Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of projects Experience collaborating directly with clients and stakeholders Advanced proficiency in Figma and similar design tools Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design Experience designing complex digital products or platforms Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to translate complex requirements into simple, elegant solutions Experience working in cross-functional product teams It is a strong plus if you have: (optional) Additional skills in motion design or front-end development Certifications in UX/UI design Language Required for the role: Polish – Good command of spoken and written language Eligibility for the role: Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role. #MAKEYourCareerBETTER Interested?
