About the Role

This role requires candidates who are currently authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. This role is remote.   Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting efforts across both technical and non-technical roles. This individual will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, driving recruiting initiatives and ensuring a seamless hiring process from intake through offer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, including requisition creation, sourcing, resume screening, video pre-screening, interview coordination, and offer extension
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR to develop job descriptions and provide compensation guidance
  • Conduct intake meetings to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and hiring goals
  • Source candidates using a variety of platforms, tools, and creative strategies to build strong talent pipelines
  • Recruit for both technical and non-technical roles across multiple levels
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate recruiting reports
  • Draft and manage offer letters and ensure a smooth onboarding transition
  • Post and manage job openings, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with branding and employment laws
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations, including wage and hour laws
  • Collaborate with talent acquisition leadership to develop and execute recruiting strategies
  • Support additional recruiting and HR-related projects as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical recruiting
  • At least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including outbound sourcing

  • Knowledge of talent acquisition regulations and employment compliance standards
