Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting efforts across both technical and non-technical roles. This individual will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, driving recruiting initiatives and ensuring a seamless hiring process from intake through offer.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including requisition creation, sourcing, resume screening, video pre-screening, interview coordination, and offer extension
- Partner with hiring managers and HR to develop job descriptions and provide compensation guidance
- Conduct intake meetings to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and hiring goals
- Source candidates using a variety of platforms, tools, and creative strategies to build strong talent pipelines
- Recruit for both technical and non-technical roles across multiple levels
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate recruiting reports
- Draft and manage offer letters and ensure a smooth onboarding transition
- Post and manage job openings, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with branding and employment laws
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations, including wage and hour laws
- Collaborate with talent acquisition leadership to develop and execute recruiting strategies
- Support additional recruiting and HR-related projects as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical recruiting
- At least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including outbound sourcing
