JOB DESCRIPTION Our client, a specialist Insolvency Practice based in the British Virgin Islands, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insolvency Director to join their team. The ideal candidate will be an appointment taker with a proven track record in business development, and a strong drive to succeed and be ambitious. Responsibilities: Taking formal appointments as an insolvency practitioner, including managing cases from start to finish Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders Driving new business and securing new clients for the firm Managing and leading a team of insolvency professionals Ensuring that work is delivered to a high standard Requirements: Qualified Insolvency Practitioner with a minimum of 10 years of experience Proven track record in business development and work winning Experience as an appointment taker in a senior insolvency role Strong leadership and management skills Commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading specialist Insolvency Practice in the British Virgin Islands as an Insolvency Director.
