About the Role
Job Summary Our client a leading Travel & Hospitality provider is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to join their team! This position is located in Bellevue, Washington. This is a hands-on, execution-focused Supply Chain Planning role responsible for managing purchase orders, aligning supply with demand, and supporting high-volume product flow in a fast-paced environment. This is not a sourcing or logistics role. Core Responsibilities Optimize customer experience by ensuring timely resolutions and proactive support Consolidate demand inputs and partner cross functionally to create a supply plan that supports enterprise strategies and goals Generate, analyze, and monitor open purchase orders to ensure system integrity and on time delivery, holding vendors accountable for delivery performance Establish and maintain business relationships with Vendors, Channel Managers, Logistics, and Allocation Planning teams to ensure supply availability Govern supply levels following enterprise financial targets and metrics Perform other duties or projects as assigned by business management as needed Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves) 1+ years of supply chain experience including external vendor facing experience Proven ability to support supply planning by consolidating demand inputs, managing forecasts, and aligning supply with business needs in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Need to have hands on experience with supply planning PO management, and demand alignment Strong proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, filters, basic formulas, and the ability to run macros Capable of analyzing large datasets to support planning decisions and track performance Experience working with external vendors and internal teams (demand planning, logistics, allocation, sales channels) Ability to manage purchase orders, track delivery performance, and ensure supply continuity Understanding of supply chain systems and structures Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently and in teams Ability to connect work within the functional area to upstream and downstream processes in the supply chain Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves) Practical knowledge of Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas and pivot tables Experience with SAP ECC or fulfillment systems is preferred Key Competencies & Behaviors Strong organizational skills Strong time management skills Strong communication skills Work Environment Location: Bellevue, Washington Onsite Compensation & Benefits Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $34.65 and $49.50. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
