Situated in this desirable Buckinghamshire market town, this is a fantastic opportunity to work within a busy office handling a strong portfolio of quality properties.
The Role: - Managing the full lettings process from enquiry to move-in
- Conducting property viewings and negotiating offers
- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Generating new business and supporting portfolio growth
- Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation
About You: - Minimum 2 years' experience as a Lettings Negotiator
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven with a proactive approach
- Well-presented and customer-focused
- Full UK driving licence required
Working Hours: - Monday to Friday, with a degree of flexibility to work Saturdays
