They gather and analyze requirements, translate them into actionable insights for technical implementation, and validate delivered solutions. As they progress, BAs take on more responsibility in stakeholder management, strategic decision-making, and complex project leadership.   For this project knowledge of Spanish is required to enable effective collaboration in an international environment. WHAT YOU'LL DO Lead requirement-gathering sessions, translating business needs into detailed technical specifications. Analyze complex business processes to identify areas for optimization using data and AI. Develop detailed documentation, including use cases, workflows, and data mappings. Collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, consultants and clients to align solutions with business goals. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback to technical teams for solution refinement. Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution. WHAT YOU BRIBG 3+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in data/AI-driven projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Working knowledge of data/AI tools such as Power BI, SQL, or Python Proven ability to gather and document complex requirements effectively. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams. Fluency in English and Polish. Knowledge of Spanish at least B2 level.
