About the Role
Strategic Partner Management Define and execute joint business plans, including solution alignment, go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and revenue objectives. Enablement & Solution Readiness Serve as the primary regional interface for escalations, coordination, and partner advocacy. Required 7+ years of experience in partner/alliance management, enterprise sales, or business development within the enterprise software or cloud ecosystem. Strong understanding of Microsoft's cloud platforms (Azure, Data & AI, Industry Clouds) and GSI operating models. Demonstrated success in driving joint GTM, co-sell motions, and strategic partnerships. Executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders across multiple organizations. Ability to manage complex, matrixed environments across global teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Firm understanding of key vertical markets: MedTech, Industrial, Automotive, High Tech & Electronics, and Aerospace & Defense Based in Singapore and able to travel regionally. Experience working with industrial or engineering software (PLM, ALM, CAD) is a plus. Background in APAC markets, especially India, Japan, Southeast Asia, and ANZ.
