You will act as a key IT contact, ensuring stable, secure, and efficient IT services across the business.</p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><strong>1. IT Infrastructure &amp; Operations</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage and maintain daily IT infrastructure operations, ensuring system stability and performance.</li> <li>Oversee endpoints, systems, and core IT services across office and remote users.</li> <li>Support infrastructure upgrades, optimisation, and standardisation.</li> </ul> <p><strong>2. Helpdesk &amp; End-User Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to all internal users.</li> <li>Troubleshoot hardware, software, and access-related issues efficiently.</li> <li>Support laptops, desktops, printers, meeting room systems, and peripherals.</li> <li>Deliver responsive, high-quality support in a fast-paced environment.</li> </ul> <p><strong>3. Network &amp; Systems Administration</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support and troubleshoot LAN/Wi-Fi networks, switches, routers, and connectivity.</li> <li>Administer Windows OS and Microsoft 365 environments.</li> <li>Ensure smooth operation of internal business systems and tools.</li> </ul> <p><strong>4. IT Security &amp; Compliance</strong></p> <ul> <li>Implement and maintain IT security policies and controls.</li> <li>Support compliance with data protection standards (e.g. GDPR).</li> <li>Conduct system monitoring, access control, and routine security checks.</li> </ul> <p><strong>5. Internal Tools &amp; Collaboration Systems</strong></p> <ul> <li>Administer and support internal collaboration tools (e.g. Lark or similar platforms).</li> <li>Manage user accounts, permissions, and configurations.</li> <li>Support rollout and optimisation of internal systems.</li> </ul> <p><strong>6.
