About the Role
Commercial QSR Operations Manager
Field-Based | London (City) £50,000 – £55,000 DOE
We’re not just growing — we’re scaling fast.
As an ambitious retail QSR start-up entering a major expansion phase next quarter, we’re looking for a commercially sharp, hands-on leader to join our core development team. This is a rare opportunity to step into a business at a pivotal moment — helping shape the infrastructure, performance, and culture of a brand preparing for rapid multi-site growth.
If you’ve been part of a QSR journey from the early days — opened sites, scaled from 1 to 3–4 locations, or managed multiple sites across a region — this role is built for you.
The Opportunity
This is not a corporate oversight role. It’s for someone who thrives in the field, understands the realities of fast-paced QSR environments, and can translate commercial strategy into operational execution.
As Commercial Operations Manager, you’ll play a critical role in driving performance across our existing sites while helping lay the foundations for structured, profitable expansion. You’ll work closely with senior leadership & Founder, operations, and key stakeholders to ensure we scale smartly, sustainably, and successfully.
You’ll bring analytical rigour — but you won’t be afraid to roll up your sleeves.
What You’ll Be Doing
Driving commercial performance across multiple QSR sites
Analysing sales, GP, labour, and operational KPIs to unlock growth
Partnering with Operations to improve efficiency and profitability
Supporting and leading new site openings as we expand
Coaching and developing site managers to elevate accountability and performance
Strengthening brand presence and customer engagement at site level
Monitoring competitors and food trends to keep us ahead of the curve
Leading local marketing initiatives to drive footfall and revenue
Embedding training programmes and operational standards
Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety and food safety regulations
Who This Is Perfect For
Someone who:
Has real multi-site QSR or grab & go experience
Has helped open 3–4 sites or managed a regional cluster
Understands the pressure and pace of scaling hospitality brands
Is commercially astute — confident with P&L, margins, labour modelling, and forecasting
Is analytical but highly operational
Builds strong relationships with teams and stakeholders
Is energised by growth and comfortable in ambiguity
Wants to be part of a leadership team shaping the next chapter of a brand
What We Offer
£50,000 – £55,000 (DOE)
A genuine leadership role within a scaling start-up
Direct impact on commercial strategy and expansion plans
High visibility with senior leadership
Real progression opportunities as we grow
The chance to be part of something at the ground floor — not just manage it once it’s built
