Our Signature Experiences and Data team delivers innovative technology solutions for a world-class portfolio of travel and vacation brands-including premium cruise lines, vacation ownership clubs, and global tour businesses. We bridge the gap between imagination and execution, supporting Guest and Crew experiences at sea and on land. We are seeking a high-caliber Product Manager to lead the implementation of strategic vendor solutions and digital platforms. You will be at the forefront of the "Storyliving" resident workstream, specifically driving the launch of a Visitor Access Management platform. Responsibilities: End-to-End Product Ownership: Translate business requirements into high-quality technical artifacts (epics, user stories, acceptance criteria) and manage backlogs for both internal and vendor engineering teams. Vendor Strategy & Implementation: Lead the evaluation of vendor solutions, develop RFIs/RFPs, and manage the technical integration and launch of third-party software. Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Legal, Finance, Creative, and Tech teams to define product strategy, maintain roadmaps, and negotiate through blockers. Quality & Sustainment: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect triage; support go-to-market activities, training, and ongoing maintenance to ensure 100% uptime of the digital experience. Market & Data Insight: Stay ahead of market trends and emerging technologies (including AI) to provide strategic recommendations that drive business value and meet KPIs.  Qualifications: Full Lifecycle Product Management (3+ Years): Proven experience in Agile/SDLC environments, specifically using Jira and Confluence to manage backlogs and translate complex needs into actionable technical requirements. Vendor Integration & Implementation: Direct experience evaluating and launching third-party vendor software (specifically Visitor Access Management or similar enterprise platforms). Cross-Functional Stakeholder Leadership: A demonstrated ability to drive alignment and influence decision-making across a large, matrixed organization (Tech, Legal, Finance, etc.) without direct authority. Technical Skills & Qualifications Tooling: Proficiency with Miro, Smartsheet, Microsoft Tools (SharePoint/CoPilot), and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar CMS. Mindset: Entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity. Analytics: Strong financial acumen and the ability to monitor guest behavior through analytics and consumer testing. Communication: Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to "translate" technology into business value for executive stakeholders.
