Every year in the UK people are injured after coming into contact with live electricity overhead lines, underground cables or equipment.
All dangerous electrical hazards are usually well out of reach of members of the public. With thousands of kilometers of wires and other equipment that make up the electrical distribution system, there are occasions electrical hazards may occur.
This acts as a serious reminder to us to be aware of potential dangers, how to avoid them and how to escalate them.
