Bridge business needs, product capabilities, and AI-enabled GRC solutions
To support our continued growth in the UK, we are looking for a skilled and commercially aware Senior GRC Advisor - to join our team.
In this role, you will operate at the intersection of pre-sales, consulting, and product enablement, working closely with Sales, Product, and our Global Centre of Excellence.
You will engage with prospective customers early in the sales cycle—leading discovery workshops, analysing business requirements, and translating them into clear solution designs. You will play a key role in positioning Corporater’s platform, including AI-enabled capabilities, and guiding customers toward the most suitable delivery approach.
This is a high-impact, client-facing role suited for someone with both strong business understanding and technical affinity.
Lead discovery workshops with prospective customers to identify pain points, objectives, and requirements
Translate business needs into solution designs, implementation recommendations, and configuration approaches
Support Sales in positioning Corporater’s GRC platform and AI-enabled capabilities in a clear and compelling way
Advise customers on the most suitable delivery model (out-of-the-box vs. tailored solutions)
Collaborate with the Global Centre of Excellence and Delivery teams to ensure smooth handover from sales to implementation
Contribute to proposal development, solution documentation, and pre-sales materials
Provide structured feedback to Product Management, helping shape future features and roadmap priorities, including AI use cases
Stay up to date on industry trends in GRC, risk management, and AI-driven analytics and automation
2–5 years of experience in GRC consulting, risk management, compliance, or internal audit
Background from consulting firms (e.g. Big Four or advisory environments) is a strong advantage
Strong business analysis capabilities, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design
Familiarity with GRC platforms, SaaS solutions, or enterprise software implementations
Ability to understand and articulate data-driven and AI-enabled solution value propositions
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders
Structured, analytical mindset with attention to detail
Fluent in English (mandatory)
UK residency or valid work authorisation (required)
A strong communicator who can translate complex topics into clear, business-relevant insights
Consultative and client-focused, with the ability to build trust quickly
Curious about technology, AI, and how it enhances business processes
Commercially aware, understanding how solutions translate into business value
Collaborative and comfortable working across Sales, Product, and Delivery functions
Proactive and solution-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership
Play a key role in shaping how AI-enabled GRC solutions are positioned and delivered in the UK market
Work closely with Sales, Product, and global delivery teams in a highly collaborative environment
