About the Role
BettingJobs is currently recruiting for with a Privately owned casino & sportsbook operator backed by successful individuals within the iGaming space. Our client is looking to hire a CRM & Retention Manager to join their growing team on a fully remote basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and execute the end-to-end CRM and retention strategy across casino and sportsbook
Build and optimise automated customer journeys across the full lifecycle (onboarding, activation, retention, reactivation)
Plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns (Email, SMS, Push, In-App)
Develop player segmentation and personalization strategies to drive engagement and LTV
Manage campaign calendars aligned with key sporting events and promotional activity
Analyse campaign performance and player behaviour to optimise results and reduce churn
Design and manage bonus and promotional strategies with a focus on ROI
Ensure all CRM activity aligns with compliance and responsible gambling standards
Requirements
3+ years CRM/Retention experience within the iGaming industry (essential)
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (experience with BetConstruct CRM tools is a strong advantage)
Strong analytical mindset with experience in segmentation, automation, and A/B testing
Commercially driven with a clear focus on player value and profitability
Comfortable working remotely in a start-up, fast-paced environment
Strong communication and organisational skills
