About the Role

Divisional Health and Safety Manager Job Introduction We are looking for an experienced and proactive Divisional Health & Safety Manager to support Vita Health Group and the wider Primary Care Division of Spire Healthcare. This pivotal role focuses on strengthening our Health and Safety Management System by providing expert training, coaching and guidance to operational Health & Safety Managers, Coordinators and Administrators across our services. As a key governance partner, the post holder will play an important role in ensuring robust health and safety standards are embedded and maintained. Working closely with the Spire Head of Health, Safety and Business Continuity Planning, the Divisional Health and Safety Manager will contribute to strategic development while offering practical, day‑to‑day support to operational sites. You will be a key part of our Central Health & Safety Team, helping to drive a positive safety culture, supporting colleagues at all levels and ensuring our services operate safely, compliantly and confidently.
