About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Adult's Social Work – Mental Health Team in Camden. This rewarding position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of individuals facing mental health challenges. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering high-quality social work services to adults in need of support.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the social, emotional, and practical needs of service users.
Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with service users and other professionals.
Providing support and guidance to individuals and their families, empowering them to make informed decisions.
Collaborating with healthcare providers, community organizations, and other stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to care.
Maintaining accurate records and documentation in accordance with legal and organizational standards.
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
Registration with Social Work England.
Previous experience in adult social work, particularly in mental health settings.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
Knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices in mental health social work.
