A complete analysis and evaluation of all source systems is not within the scope of this engagement</p></li><li><p>Initial provisioning, continuous provisioning, and maintenance of data (in the source systems or data lake)</p></li><li><p>Handling the archiving of data in the source systems</p></li><li><p>Handling the modeling and retention of business timestamps in source systems</p></li><li><p>Development of guardrails to ensure standard compliance (e.g., naming conventions, typing, required fields, versioning)</p></li><li><p>Processing of hierarchical data structures (flattening strategies, handling of referential relationships</p></li><li><p>Handling of arrays (normalization, multidimensional arrays, array flattening)</p></li><li><p>Schema design (object/CRUD-centric, business process-centric, domain-driven design)</p></li><li><p>Creation of a schema evolution playbook (non-breaking & breaking changes, versioning, filtering, and compatibility strategies)</p></li><li><p>Design & Scope of Topics (guidelines for event design, defining scope, boundaries, and responsibilities)</p></li><li><p>Selection of appropriate data integration patterns (pattern catalog, decision tree) Deliverables<em><br><br>At Avenga, everyone matters.
