Transport Planner - Import Export

Coordinate and manage import and export processes, in compliance with international trade regulations. Collaborate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs authorities to ensure the timely delivery of goods. Manage shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin. Optimize logistics workflows to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability for smooth operations. Analyze and resolve logistical challenges to maintain a seamless supply chain. Stay up to date with international shipping laws and regulations. Work closely with internal departments to ensure alignment with project schedules and customer requirements. Profiel Demonstrable experience in logistics, supply chain management, or import/export processes. Familiarity with international trade regulations and customs documentation. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Experience with relevant software tools (e.g., ERP systems, logistics platforms). A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a focus on results. Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
