They’re looking for an
early-career Manufacturing Engineer
who wants to get hands-on, learn from experienced engineers, and have a real impact on how products are designed and built.

- Help design tooling, jigs, and fixtures
- Review customer drawings, models, and specifications for manufacturability
- Use SolidWorks to create templates and design simple tools, fixtures, and composite components
- Develop clear visual and written work instructions for production
- Work directly with manufacturing to solve problems and improve processes
- Identify waste and opportunities for continuous improvement
- Assist with nonconformance investigations and corrective actions
- Support first article builds and related documentation
- Assist with AS9100 documentation and quality requirements
- Work alongside experienced Manufacturing, Process, and Quality Engineers while continuing to develop your technical skills
The company specifically wants this engineer involved in new programs, manufacturability, work instructions, continuous improvement, first articles, and nonconformance support.

- SIMPLE IRA with 3% employer match
- 3 weeks PTO plus paid holidays

- Hands-on engineering experience where you’ll actually see what you design being manufactured
- Work alongside senior-level engineers who can help develop your skills
- Opportunity to learn composites manufacturing — previous composites experience is NOT required
- Smaller team environment where your ideas and contributions can make an impact
The company offers the $65K–$85K range along with medical, dental, vision, a 3% SIMPLE IRA match, three weeks of PTO and paid holidays.
What You Need to Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Materials, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering

- Experience with SolidWorks or comparable 3D CAD software
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, models, and specifications
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to production teams
- Interest in working hands-on with manufacturing and continuous improvement
