About the Role
<p>We’re looking for a <strong>Solutions Architect</strong> who enjoys solving complex problems and designing modern systems that work together seamlessly.</p>
<p>You’ll play a key role in shaping application and integration solutions across a large and evolving technology environment, helping teams deliver reliable, scalable digital services.</p>
<p>Working closely with architecture, engineering, and delivery teams, you’ll turn business needs into clear technical designs and help guide projects from idea through to implementation.</p>
<p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Designing <strong>modern application and integration solutions</strong></p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Helping systems connect through <strong>APIs, events, and messaging</strong></p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Supporting teams delivering new platforms and improving existing ones</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Ensuring solutions are <strong>secure, scalable, and reliable</strong></p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Working with architects, engineers, and stakeholders across the organisation</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Providing guidance to delivery teams and suppliers</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Taking part in design reviews and shaping technical direction</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Producing clear architecture designs and documentation</p>
</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Experience designing solutions in <strong>complex enterprise environments</strong></p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Strong understanding of <strong>modern application architecture</strong> (cloud, APIs, microservices)</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Experience integrating systems and platforms</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Experience working with <strong>SaaS products</strong></p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Knowledge of <strong>security and identity considerations</strong></p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Comfortable working in <strong>Agile / DevOps environments</strong></p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams</p>
</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Bonus if you have:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Experience with integration platforms or API management tools</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Exposure to architecture frameworks like <strong>TOGAF</strong></p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Experience in regulated or public sector environments</p>
</li>
