CTR Group is seeking a Structural Steel Estimator in Norfolk, VA.  Immediate openings and urgently hiring!  What We Offer: Weekly Pay – you receive a paycheck every week  Comprehensive Benefits Package  Safety First!  Key Responsibilities Analyze architectural and structural drawings to prepare accurate cost estimates Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to define scope and pricing Source material and labor costs, factoring in timelines and logistics Prepare bid proposals and track project budgets Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, steel pricing, and construction methods Support pre-construction planning and value engineering efforts Requirements Proven experience estimating structural steel projects Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines About CTR Group:  CTR Group operates in the staffing and recruitment industry, Nationwide for over 35 years.
