Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) to lead development and architecture for our Music Excess & Surplus (E&S) insurance business. This role blends hands-on Pega development (25%) with team leadership and solution architecture (75%), guiding multiple teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead design, development, and architecture of Pega solutions for policy administration and underwriting workflows. Manage 5–7 developers across CIA, Phoenix, and Guardians teams, providing mentorship and conducting code reviews. Collaborate with business partners to translate complex requirements into scalable, maintainable Pega solutions. Ensure compliance with best practices, coding standards, and performance optimization. Support cloud migration planning (Azure, 2026) and integration with Angular front-end applications. Required Qualifications: 8+ years of Pega development experience, including 2+ years as a Lead System Architect (LSA). Expert-level knowledge of Pega Product Builder Framework, policy administration systems, and underwriting workflows. Strong leadership, mentoring, and code review skills. Ability to work with business stakeholders and translate requirements into technical solutions. LSA certification desired but not required. Preferred Skills: Experience with Pega Infinity v24 and Pega DX API integration with Angular. Familiarity with Pega on cloud platforms and insurance industry applications. Consulting or contract experience across multiple client projects.
