Role: Commercial Litigation Solicitor
Experience: 5–8 Years PQE
Location: Buckinghamshire (Hybrid)

We are recruiting for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a highly regarded firm known for combining City-level expertise with a collaborative and down-to-earth culture. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading Dispute Resolution team handling complex, high-value and often multi-jurisdictional matters.
 

Typical duties will include:

• Managing a varied caseload of complex commercial disputes, including contract, shareholder and corporate matters.
• Handling cross-border and multi-jurisdictional work.
• Managing matters from initial instruction through to resolution.
• Working directly with clients, directors, and key stakeholders.
 

The successful candidate:

• Has 4-8 years PQE in commercial litigation.
• Is confident managing their own caseload and taking ownership of matters.
• Is commercially aware and comfortable advising clients directly.
• Demonstrates strong communication skills
