Director of Clinical Practice & PerformanceNational Virtual Mental Health PlatformRemote (US-based) | Full-TimeAbout MEDvidiMEDvidi is a national telehealth platform delivering evidence-based care for ADHD, anxiety, and related psychiatric conditions, with expansion into medical weight loss and additional service lines.We operate in a regulated healthcare environment where clinical quality, prescribing integrity, documentation defensibility, and patient safety are non-negotiable.As we scale nationally, we are building the clinical systems required to deliver consistent, compliant, high-quality care across a multi-state footprint.The RoleWe are seeking a Director of Clinical Practice & Performance to build and enforce MEDvidi’s clinical operating system.Reporting directly to the Chief Medical Officer, this role translates clinical strategy into standardized SOPs, documentation architecture, quality systems, and provider performance oversight.This is an executive-level builder role — not a traditional clinical manager position.
