We are seeking a highly skilled Production Tech III to support critical field operations in Kermit, TX. As a key player in our field team, you will perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of production equipment to uphold safety, efficiency, and environmental standards. Required Skills:

• 5-10 years of experience in Oil and Gas production environments
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of production equipment and field operations
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and P&IDs
• Basic computer proficiency for data entry and reporting
• Valid driver’s license with ability to travel between field locations
• High school diploma or GED

Nice to Have Skills:

• Additional certifications in safety or technical areas
• Experience with specific production systems or software
• Prior experience working on a 7-days-on / 7-days-off schedule

Preferred Education and Experience:

• GED or high school diploma
• 5-10 years of hands-on experience in oil and gas production operations

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work independently in a field environment
• Strong safety awareness and compliance adherence
• Willingness to work on a 7 days on / 7 days off schedule
• Contract duration of 12+ months with target compensation of $35-$38/hour
