Our drivers, based in 25 locations, deliver one million gallons daily to 900+ stores, log over 20,000 miles daily and are able to be home at the end of each shift. Our state-of-the art fleet is equipped with electronic logging, satellite communication, and is serviced regularly by our own Truck Maintenance Shop.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Benefits: </strong></p><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li>Annual salary $101,000 which includes:</li><li>$9,400 for safety/appreciation bonuses</li><li>40% Profit Sharing</li><li>Sign on bonus up to $10,000</li><li><strong>Home Daily</strong></li><li>4 weeks vacation in 1-year</li><li>Paid Sick and Holiday Pay</li><li>Boot Reimbursement</li><li>Uniform Allowance</li><li>Health, Dental, Vision benefits are offered</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li>Class A CDL with combination vehicle, air brakes, general, tanker and hazardous material endorsements</li><li><strong>At least 2 years or more with Class A CDL tractor/trailer combination experience is required</strong></li><li>Good driving record</li><li>High level of customer service</li><li>Accurate / detail orientated</li><li>Operate computerized loading system</li><li>Basic math aptitude including computing percentages</li><li>Willing to learn / perform a variety of job tasks</li><li>Work well with others</li><li>Work with minimal supervision</li><li>Understand / accurately complete invoice paperwork</li><li>Learn / carry out spill prevention / minimization / clean-up techniques</li><li><strong>Must be at least 21 years of age</strong></li><li>Work in a safety conscious environment</li><li>Work in a variety of temperature and weather conditions</li><li><strong>Candidate must live within both 60 minutes and 60 miles of their home base in Waterloo, IA. </strong></li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Physical Qualifications:</strong></p><p>Sit up to 6 hours at a time; stand up to 1 hour at a time; bend/reach/twist occasionally; lift/carry up to 50 pounds from 24 to 60 inches occasionally; push/pull up to 62 pounds of force occasionally</p><p> </p><p><strong>Schedules Available:</strong></p><p>Tuesday - Saturday 3:30pm-3:30am</p><p>Tuesday - Saturday 4:30pm-4:30am</p><p>Tuesday - Saturday 5:30pm-5:30am</p><p>Friday - Monday 3:30am-3:30pm</p><p>Friday - Monday 4:30pm-4:30am</p><p>Friday - Monday 5:30pm - 5:30am</p><br>Kwik Trip, Inc. is a family-owned, Midwest company, in operation since 1965.
