Sales Executive – High-Volume Main Dealer (New & Used)
A busy, high-performing dealership is looking for an ambitious Sales Executive to join its established team.
This is a genuine volume environment. The top performer delivered over 300 units last year, and the site is targeting 1,500+ units this year across new and used.
You’ll be selling:
x2 Volume brand new vehicles
Strong used car stock
Electric vans
Selected non-franchise vehicles
Target: 10 new + 10 used per month
Structured commission plan with strong F&I support
High footfall and proven lead flow
Established team of 5 Sales Executives + 1 trainee
£15,000 basic
£60,000 OTE (uncapped)
£150 per new unit
£175 per used unit
£100 F&I
Monday–Friday: 8:30am–5:30pm
Saturday: 8:30am–5pm
Sunday: 1 in 4 (10am–4pm)
This would suit a motivated automotive sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, numbers-driven environment and wants to earn properly.
If you’re confident in your ability to deliver 20+ units per month consistently, there is strong earning potential here.
