What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Strong mathematical abilities and knowledge of asset management principles
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Punctual, reliable, and able to maintain positive working relationships
• Effective communication skills, both written and oral
• Proficiency in PC software such as MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SAP or similar systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule
• Valid, unexpired driver’s license and active TWIC card are required

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience in asset management or fleet operations (3+ years preferred)
• Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management
• Experience with registration compliance and vehicle inspection procedures
• Familiarity with KPI tracking and data documentation

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications a plus
• Minimum of three years’ experience in asset or fleet management roles

Other Requirements:

• Ability to travel to off-site locations as needed
• Physical capability to navigate field environments, including walking, standing, and driving
• Compliance with all safety and operational policies
