<p><strong>Technical Lead</strong></p> <p>Hybrid (2 days a week in Central London office)</p> <p>Salary &#8211; £70k-£90k + equity</p> <p>Tech Stack &#8211; React, TypeScript, Nodejs, Python</p> <p>Neulinx are delighted to be partnering with an early stage B2B SAAS platform startup that is at the forefront of developing a next-generation demand forecasting AI product for the food industry.</p> <p>Our client has already some leading high street food chains onboard and are now actively seeking a hands-on <strong>Technical Lead</strong> to help build the platform and shape the front and backend product around customer demand and business vision.</p> <p>Heavily backed by Founders Factory, our client has secured funding, and their priority hire is to secure a <strong>Technical Lead</strong> to help drive their product to MVP and in time grow out the technical team with developers.</p> <p>This a great opportunity for a <strong>Technical Lead </strong>that wants autonomy to grow the product, technical infrastructure and decide on the best coding languages to adopt to drive performance.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Deliver the initial front &amp; backend build for the software product.</li> <li>Developing the platform across both the front and backend build.</li> <li>Leading hands-on coding, testing and delivery of the MVP with external parties.</li> <li>Building API integrations</li> <li>Working closely with senior leadership to define feature scope and timeline for the product.</li> <li>Collaborating with our Data Science team, to ensure integration of models into the product interface.</li> <li>Spearheading future hiring and development of the product/technical team and its culture, alongside our existing founding members.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Skills/Experience Required:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proven ability to deliver products in a fast-paced tech startup environment.</li> <li>Experience of full stack of web development (Front-end, Back-end, and infrastructure).</li> <li>Experience in some of the following (HTML, CSS, React, Node js, Python and REST APIs).</li> <li>Ability to inspire and build a high-performing product team.</li> <li>Transparent work ethic to lay strong foundations for our company culture.</li> <li>Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical team members, to get the most out of collaboration across work streams.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Competitive salary and slice of the pie (equity).</li> <li>Direct involvement in shaping the product&#8217;s technological direction.</li> <li>Being a leader that&#8217;s part of the early team of a VC-backed business.</li> <li>Access to our office and ability to work from home 2-3 days per week.</li> <li>Collaborative and dynamic work environment, with great team and vibes!</li> </ul> <p>To start your journey working for game-changing platform from the ground-up in a fast-paced startup environment, you can upload your CV above.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
