About the Role
Sharp Consultancy is delighted to be working with a growing business based in North Sheffield as they look to appoint an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team on a part-time, 6-month contract.
Duties will include:
Processing purchase and sales invoices
Assisting with bank reconciliations
Managing expenses and petty cash
Maintaining accurate financial records
Providing general administrative support to the finance team
Filing, Responding to emails & queries
The successful candidate will:
Have previous experience in a similar accounts administration role
Possess strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
Be confident using accounting software such as SAGE and Excel
Have excellent organisational and communication skills
Be able to work independently and manage their own workload effectively
This role offers:
Part time hours- 22.5 hours, Monday, Tuesday and Friday, 8-4
25 days holiday + bank holidays (Pro Rata)
