<strong>Logistics Administrator</strong><br><strong>Walsall</strong><br><strong>£28,000 Pro Rata</strong><br><strong>Part-Time, 20 hours per week</strong><br><br>Are you an organised Logistics Administrator or Logistics Coordinator looking for a part-time opportunity?<br><br>We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established company seeking a proactive individual to join their operations team. This is a varied role where you'll be responsible for coordinating customer deliveries, managing export documentation and ensuring shipments are delivered efficiently across the UK, Ireland and Europe.<br><br>Whether you're already working in a logistics administration role or have experience within a busy transport or distribution environment, we'd love to hear from you.<br><br><strong>The Role</strong><br><ul><li>Coordinating customer deliveries <br><br></li><ul><li>Booking deliveries across the UK, Ireland and Europe<br><br></li><li>Scheduling shipments through courier portals<br><br></li><li>Providing customers with delivery updates and ensuring all documentation is completed accurately<br><br></li><li>Using vehicle tracking software <br><br></li><li>Keeping logistics spreadsheets and records accurate and up to date<br><br></li><li>Liaising with third-party transport providers and internal departments<br><br></li><li>Scanning, organising and maintaining delivery documentation</li></ul></ul><strong><br>About You</strong><br><ul><li>Previous experience within a Logistics Administrator, Logistics Coordinator, Transport Administrator, Export Administrator or similar role<br><br></li><ul><li>Experience supporting export shipments <br><br></li><li>Previous despatch or shipping administration experience<br><br></li><li>Strong communication and customer service skills<br><br></li><li>Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel<br><br></li><li>Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills</li></ul></ul>
