<li>Must have previous LEAN manufacturing experience</li>
<li>Will be a WORKING lead</li>
<li>Ability to read a tape measure</li>
<li>Ability to operate hand and power tools</li>
<li>Be familiar with 5S</li>
<li>Must be able to read manufacturing drawings</li>
<li>Must be familiar with computers and Microsoft programs</li>
