Together,&nbsp;we’re&nbsp;making a difference.&nbsp;&nbsp;</font></span><span></p> <p><strong><font size="4">Make a difference as a Facilities Assistant Manager&nbsp;</font></strong></span></p> <p><span><font size="3">Our Facilities team is the force behind ensuring all our centres are equipped with everything they need to deliver safe, exciting and fun adventures to all!&nbsp;&nbsp;</font></span></p> <p><span><font size="3">You’ll be reporting to the Facilities Manager and responsible for the overall safety and cleanliness of the centre, alongside manage the day-to-day running of the Maintenance and Housekeeping teams to ensure an excellent experience for our guests.</font></span></p> <p><span><font size="3">Supporting the Facilities Manager in ensuring all maintenance works are completed to high standards, all grounds, buildings and activity bases are kept safe and compliance audit checks are always green.&nbsp;&nbsp;</font></span></p> <p><span><strong><font size="4">Is this you?&nbsp;</font></strong></span></p> <p><span><font size="3">Ideally you will be bringing with you impressive experience from a similar trade, facilities management or housekeeping environment, where you have been managing teams.&nbsp; You’ll have strong organisational and time management skills, able to prioritise and deliver to deadlines effectively.&nbsp;</font></span></p> <p><span><font size="3">You’ll have existing knowledge of health and safety / COSHH legal and regulatory requirements and can immaculately implement these standards across your centre.
