<p><b>ISO Manager</b></p> <p><b>Location:</b> Ringwood, Hampshire&nbsp;+ non-contractual hybrid home working</p> <p><b>Salary:</b> &pound;40,000 &#8211; &pound;45,000 DoE + Profit Share + Benefits</p> <p><b>Hours:</b> 37.5 hours per week</p> <p><b>The Role</b></p> <p>Are you an experienced ISO and Compliance Manager, who ensures an organisation maintains full adherence to all statutory, regulatory, contractual, and certification based obligations. This is a key role in overseeing multiple ISO management systems, data security and privacy frameworks.</p> <p><b>Duties Include:</b></p> <ul> <li>Managing, maintaining, and continually improving ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 20000, and ISO 14001 management systems.</li> <li>Coordinating internal audit schedules.</li> <li>Supporting external surveillance / recertification audits.</li> <li>Maintaining controlled documentation and evidence of conformity.</li> <li>Planning and coordinating audit activity.</li> <li>Supporting organisational risk management and maintaining relevant registers.</li> </ul> <p><b>Skills and Experience:&nbsp;</b></p> <ul> <li>3+ years&rsquo; experience in a similar role.</li> <li>Ability to work independently and in a fast paced team environment.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of ISO frameworks and audit processes.</li> <li>Excellent documentation, audit, and evidence tracking skills.</li> <li>Strong organisational and communication abilities across technical and non technical teams.</li> <li>High attention to detail with evidence based working.</li> <li>Analytical mindset with the ability to turn regulatory requirements into practical processes.</li> <li>Proactive, positive attitude with strong ownership.</li> </ul> <p><b>The Package:</b></p> <ul> <li>Company Profit Share (first &pound;3,600 is tax free).&nbsp;</li> <li>22 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing with your length of service.&nbsp;</li> <li>Birthday as additional paid leave.&nbsp;</li> <li>Additional paid leave (dependent on company performance).&nbsp;</li> <li>Private Medical Insurance, including dental.&nbsp;</li> <li>Ongoing training and support.&nbsp;</li> <li>Company sick pay policy.&nbsp;</li> <li>Pension Scheme.&nbsp;</li> <li>Hybrid Working.</li> <li>Progression opportunities.&nbsp;</li> <li>Fresh fruit, the occasional pizza and a posh coffee machine!&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><b>Our Client &#8211; Trusted Technology Partnership</b></p> <p>Trusted Technology Partnership has been a specialist IT Infrastructure and Support Services provider for over 25 years.</p> <p>They are an Employee Ownership Trust &#8211; a growing company.
