About the Role

Customer Service Sales Representative Responsible for quoting & selling new auto insurance policies, renewing policies, servicing existing policies, and marketing for possible new business. We seek to deliver Exceptional Customer Service to ALL our customers. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Issue bodily injury payments according to set guidelines Audit medical bills Review files for any questionable activities that requires additional investigation Negotiate medical bill settlements Preparing and sending offers to medical providers Create and maintain files Contacting medical providers as needed Review attorney represented files Contact Attorneys as needed Other duties as assigned
