Responsibilities:
- Drive the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), budgeting cycles, and monthly performance analysis, proactively identifying financial risks and opportunities
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and R&D to establish key account targets and deliver deep-dive analytics across customer/product profitability, pricing, and margins
- Manage financial consolidations across a large, matrixed business unit, ensuring data integrity and streamlined reporting
- Serve as the go-to analytical resource for executive leadership, spearheading special projects and delivering executive-level output
- Own the preparation of board decks and monthly leadership presentations, confidently walking executives through financial results, variances, and strategic recommendations
- Act as the initial point of contact for business performance queries, serving as a trusted gatekeeper for leadership
- Use Tableau to build dynamic dashboards that turn complex financial tracking into highly visual, digestible insights for non-finance leaders
- Use financial consolidation tools to efficiently aggregate segment data and optimize reporting workflows
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- 6+ years of finance experience
- Prior people or process leadership experience (preferred)
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary Range: $90,000–$150,000
- This role is also eligible for various benefits, including: Medical Insurance
Actual base salary will be determined based on an individual's experience, skills, education, certifications, credentials, special skills, accomplishments, and other factors relevant to the position.
This role is based in the Twin Cities. Applicants must currently reside in Minnesota or are planning to relocate to Minnesota in the near future.
