Responsibilities
Undergo 3 months of comprehensive training for eGain products. After completing the initial training, you will be assigned a position and undergo a 3-month, functional onboarding in one of the following departments subject to your performance, your aptitude, and the availability of positions.
Product Engineering
Professional Services
Sales Engineering
Product Management
Operations Automation (DevOps, RevOps, SupportOps)
Technical Support
Develop and maintain AI-powered software tools, services, and applications.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field from a top-tier university.
