Project Management Officer to join their team based
remotely within the CET time zone.
Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership & Vision Alignment - Align projects and tasks with company vision, strategic goals, and iGaming market demands
- Advise management on resource allocation, timelines, and budgets based on performance and trends
- Design and implement a hybrid Agile–Waterfall framework (structured planning with iterative execution)
Project Oversight & Execution - Monitor progress, risks, and dependencies across all initiatives
- Own and maintain a centralized task management system, defining workflows and accountability
- Allocate resources based on urgency, complexity, and strategic value
Process Optimization & Governance - Develop hybrid processes combining structured phases with iterative delivery
- Standardize templates (project charters, backlogs, approvals)
- Ensure compliance with iGaming regulations (e.g., GDPR, GLI)
- Identify and mitigate risks, escalating critical issues when needed
Team Leadership & Culture - Mentor teams on Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Facilitate collaboration through workshops and innovation sessions
- Resolve conflicts and align stakeholders on priorities
Performance & Reporting - Define and track KPIs (e.g., sprint velocity, completion rates, ROI)
- Maintain executive dashboards on project health and resources
- Run regular reviews to drive continuous improvement
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, or related field (MBA/Master’s preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
- Expertise in Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Trello, MS Project, Confluence, Power BI
- Knowledge of iGaming compliance, platforms, and player lifecycle
- Decisive, data-driven, and able to balance stakeholder needs
- Strong communication, reliability, and work ethic
- Ability to motivate and lead teams effectively
- English proficiency required; Serbian is a plus
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM, SAFe, iGaming certifications)
