Job Description Our client is going through an exciting period of change with extensive growth plans. They are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Project Manager to design and deliver a programme of change, to include: The relocation of manufacturing and distribution operations from one site to others Optimisation of site operations and layouts Coordination of all workstreams, including manufacturing, distribution, systems and people Hands on role, devising the strategy and making the change happen Apply lean manufacturing principles to ensure optimum success of the change Act as the operational lead on the project, working with multiple workstream leads including IT and HR Manage all Health & Safety related risk The Successful Applicant This Manufacturing Project Manager role requires an experienced hands-on Operations Manager or Director with extensive experience of Project Management, with: Proven experience in site consolidation and relocation Strong industrial manufacturing and distribution background Experience of the full project lifecycle and working across multiple workstreams Experience with ERP systems Lean Manufacturing, ideally with a relevant qualification Ability to work autonomously and at pace Strong stakeholder management experience Ability to start this role on short notice and commit to 12-18 months and beyond, ideally based in the Midlands region What's on Offer This interim Manufacturing Project Manager role is a fantastic opportunity for a manufacturing expert.
