Billing Specialist

Role: Billing Specialist  Location: Phoenix, AZ 85009 Pay: $23 - $28/hour   Hours: 7am-3:30pm / Full-time  Setting:  100% in office  We’re looking for a detail?driven Billing Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure accurate, timely invoicing. In this role, you’ll support our mission to protect businesses, people, and time by managing billing processes, resolving discrepancies, and helping secure prompt customer payments. You’ll collaborate across teams and serve as a resource to internal partners while maintaining a professional, customer?focused approach. Key Responsibilities Process high?volume billing data quickly and accurately Resolve billing discrepancies and rejections Review and verify customer contracts Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries professionally Support collection efforts to secure timely payments Partner with internal teams and assist with general office support Follow all company policies and safety guidelines Contribute to special projects as needed Qualifications High school diploma or GED 3–5 years AR/Billing experience preferred Strong customer service, communication, and problem?solving skills High attention to detail with strong math and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 a plus Familiarity with American Contractor, Prelude, Great Plains, or Salesforce preferred Outgoing and confident communicating across teams
