Jesmond, Newcastle upon Tyne £95 – £115 per day (PAYE) Full-Time | Immediate Start
The Role As a Learning Mentor, you will:
Work closely with students who need extra support with engagement and confidence
Provide 1:1 and small group mentoring sessions
Help students overcome barriers to learning, both academic and personal
Support behaviour management in a calm and consistent way
Liaise with teaching staff, SENCOs, and pastoral teams
Track progress and celebrate small wins along the way
You’ll be that go-to person students rely on, the one who helps turn a tricky day into a better one.
