The Role:
We’re looking for an ambitious and driven Hiring Manager to join our expanding team in Cumbernauld. You’ll be responsible for managing the full hiring cycle — from sourcing candidates to placing them in exciting roles — while developing strong, long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
• Source, screen, and interview potential candidates
• Manage the full hiring process from start to finish
• Meet and exceed individual and team targets
• Maintain accurate records using our internal CRM system
• Represent PMA Solutions Scotland professionally at all times
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous hiring/recruitment experience (agency or internal) preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
