QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
Must be 18 years old
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus or required (depends on regional needs)
Business professional attire
High School diploma or equivalent

Pass State Licensing Requirements

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Accomplish information technology staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures
Maintain staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities
Direct technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects
Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures
Public Relations & Coordinate with vendors, providers & auditors
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
Update and maintain Company IT Policy
Coordinate with purchase dept. to predict future purchases. Research and find better & economical Vendors/Suppliers for hardware and software solutions
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies
Compliance and Regulatory Maintenance for the company
Incident & Response Management and 24 x 7 availability
