Responsibilities include maintaining strong relationships with all departments to support worker’s compensation claims and related issues. This role involves enhancing the employee Benefits Administration, Government, and Compliance online platforms for Employees. The Total Rewards Manager continuously evolves compensation, benefits, and rewards programs that offer the best value for Employees in line with company policies and culture.</span></p>

<li class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 107%"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt;line-height: 107%">Supervise, evaluate, and compare competitive benefits, compensation, and rewards programs to enhance the organization’s ability to attract and retain employees and achieve desired outcomes</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 107%"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt;line-height: 107%">Oversee enrollment, renewal, and distribution of benefits programs including medical, pharmacy, vision, dental, disability, life insurance, retirement, and other offerings</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 107%"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt;line-height: 107%">Coordinate planning and execution of all benefit plans administration, including annual open enrollment activities</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 107%"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt;line-height: 107%">Enhance wellness programs to maximize health plan results, productivity, and employee quality of life</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 107%"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt;line-height: 107%">Conduct analytical studies on various compensation aspects to recommend engagement and retention strategies</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 107%"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt;line-height: 107%">Support the compensation review cycle by processing, analyzing, and validating salary increases</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 107%"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt;line-height: 107%">Assist in crafting and delivering Total Rewards Statements</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 107%"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt;line-height: 107%">Stay informed on regulatory requirements such as ACA, COBRA, ERISA, HIPAA, FLSA, FMLA, and GINA</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 107%"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt;line-height: 107%">Analyze and communicate worker’s compensation claims data to facilitate successful return-to-work programs</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 107%"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt;line-height: 107%">Collaborate with departments to assess cross-departmental impacts and ensure data integration</span></li>

<li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt;color: black">Collaborate on Benefits Administration and Government and Compliance modules to customize plan set-ups and deduction amounts</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt;color: black">Utilize BEN module for easy access to benefit information and enrollment for Employees</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt;color: black">Ensure accurate annual enrollment and reconciliation processes through the BEN module</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt;color: black">Manage COBRA compliance requirements and ACA data management</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt;color: black">Monitor FMLA, ACA, and OSHA regulations in the modules</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt;color: black">Assist with ESOP functionality in the module if required</span></li>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 11.2pt"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt;color: black">Education & Experience: </span></p>

<li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt;color: black">Bachelor’s degree required; advanced certifications preferred</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt;color: black">Over 8 years of experience in Human Resources or People Operations with a focus on compensation and benefits</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt;color: black">Expertise in analyzing and adjusting compensation and benefit programs for market competitiveness</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt;color: black">Proficient in managing merit increase processes, salary structures, and incentive programs</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt;color: black">Strong ability to handle sensitive information with discretion</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt;color: black">Experience with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems</span></li>
</ul>
