We are looking for a proactive and passionate IT Specialist to organize, maintain, and support our company's IT systems and provide outstanding support to our employees worldwide. You will be responsible for administering internal assets, software, and hardware while ensuring the seamless operation of all IT systems. Additionally, you will manage and resolve user-related issues in a timely and professional manner, contributing to a productive dynamic work environment. Set up and maintain company IT infrastructure, SaaS applications, and security systems Ensure systems reliability and secure data management Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software across the organization Perform system monitoring, updates, and troubleshooting as needed Provide responsive technical support to team members worldwide Resolve technical issues quickly to minimize disruptions Document IT processes, create user guides, and track company assets Coordinate with vendors and handle technology purchases Manage IT projects across departments Handling additional systems such as security systems, VC (video conferencing) for meeting rooms, and other technical tasks.
